Hawaiian Ahi Poke Recipe
October 11, 2007
You’ll find it in any restaurant-bar and supermarket in Hawaii: Ahi Poke. “Ahi” is Hawaiian for tuna and this dish is made by marinating lean tissue with Ogo (Hawaiian seaweed) in a soy-sauce base sauce. This out-of-this-world snack goes well with beer and is easy to make so why not try to re-create it yourself at home?
