Wes Zane, who owns "Formaggio Wine Bar", perhaps the best wine bar in Hawaii's gourmet capital of Kaimuki, is set to open a new restaurant in Kailua this December - the "Formaggio Grill"! Located at 305 Hanihani Street, the restaurant was scheduled to open last year, but was ultimately pushed back due to delays in getting the building permits for the area.
