Close to the University of Hawai'i, there is a restaurant called, "Kushiden," which focuses on skewer-type dishes. At first there is no telling what kind of dishes they make, and it can make you a little hesitant in going inside, however right outside the restaurant by the entrance is a photograph of the menu on a nearby window.
