HOKKAIDO RAMEN located in Kaimuki, delivers miso-based soup flavored with seaweed and white fish, corn, wakame and seafood extracts, the authentic flavor of Hokkaido ramen.
The restaurant’s original soup miso base, true to the Hokkaido tradition, enhanced with seafood extracts, onion, and corn. Chinese cabbage is also added for extra sweetness as well as some butter for an extra rich taste that words cannot describe.
The soup is filled to the brim with veggies and seafood. You can easily get full just eating the soup fillings, so be sure to keep some room in your stomach to have some of the soup itself! Prices? At 6~7$ a bowl, you’ll be leaving the restaurant with both a full stomach and wallet!
