Sammy's "Simply French" Vol.3

Looking for fresh French in Hawaii? Well, Sammy's has their own organic garden where they grow their own fresh vegetables and herbs. Chili peppers, sweet basil, thai basil, oregano, mint, chives, and much more come fresh from their garden to give your food that "real" French taste.
1.Sammy, who is the owner of Sammy's Simply French was born in Hong Kong and has been living in Hawaii since the early 70's and is a world reknown pro when it comes to French food in Hawaii and abroad.
2.Chef Mick has been preparing fresh dishes at Sammy's since their opening. Born and raised on Oahu, Chef Mick joined the food industry immediately after finishing cooking school.
Sammy has many years of professional restaurant experience in various famous locations in Hawaii and now Sammy is owner and manager of his own restaurant on the 5th floor of the Mirama Hotel. Sammy's motivation for opening a French restaurant in Hawaii is to offer affordably priced, “True” French food in an environment where people can really enjoy themselves. Sammy's helps to bring the dining world a real French experience the organic, Hawaii-way.
Nina is one of the managers at Sammy's. Her parents are Japanese and American making her multi-national and bi-lingual. She is always smiling and is there to brighten up your day and take care of business at the same time. She is from Tokyo, and graduated from Sophia University Japan with her Bachelors degree, continuted to study at the University of Hawaii where she received her master degree to begin work at Sammy's. Nina focuses on organizing private parties or promotional events. You have got to check out their dinner menu which offers plump Kahuku shrimp, Olive Oil, Garlic, White Whine sauce, and Mahi Mahi prepared with Meuniere sauce along with White Wine and Lobster Sauce.
Chef Mick says that becoming a chef was his childhood dream. Madallion Filet Steak wrapped in Lobster Wine Cream Sauce is one of his favorite dishes to prepare. Chef Mick is really becoming a real star at Sammy's. Can't wait to see what he comes up with next.
