Sichuan Style Beef Tanmen ($9.95)
Pictured above, the beef in the noodles of the mouth-watering skirt stake is simmered for over 6 hours. The cooking style reduces the fat of the steak and superbly matches the chili and Sichuan oil soup. This dish, with its spiciness and energetic ingredients, is recommended for those who had too many drinks the night before.
Jah-Jahmen ($8.50)
There are two ways to eat this next dish. You can get it with soup, or you can have it served without. Plain comes with a meat-miso sauce and sliced cucumbers. The soup is on the side and you can pour on as much on as you like. The best way to have it is to pour a third of the soup onto the noodles and mix it together. Eat while it's hot!
Seafood Tanmen ($9.95)
Bejing uses only the freshest seafood. This dish is full of delicious shrimp, calamari and scallops. The soup can be either a chicken or fish broth. Both are light! They also serve spicy ones too.
