2.Local, Jamese Matsukawa made his way straight to the top by becoming manager at Kohnotori. 25 years old and a passion for Yakitori! James earned his stripes at various restaurants around town immediately after graduating from cooking school and dreams of opening up his own restaurant in the future. He is a lover of Japanese and European food. Lately, Jamese is hooked on foods that have a naturally pure taste without the need to mix. He says that his taste in food is similar to his character.
He is also very picky when it comes to alchohol. You should try to ask him what is best when you visit.
