Napoleon’s: a fixture among locals
June 11, 2008
“Napoleon's Bakery” is a favorite among locals for sweets, breads, and cakes. In fact, the bakery is operated by a long-time favorite among Hawaiian locals, Zippy’s!
It’s the bakery’s “Pies” though that really make it stand apart. We’re talking about pies made of chocolate and custard cream covered with sweet fresh cream and decorations. It’s becoming a tradition among locals to eat Napoleon's Bakery pies after dinner with ice cream!
Other items on the menu include cakes, of course, donuts, pastries filled with chocolate, cream, custard, etc., so it’s not just a place for desert or party favors, but also a great place for a hearty breakfast or lunch. Yummy!
