"Elua", a new French and Italian cuisine fusion restaurant, has opened where L'Uraku used to be located. The restaurant is headed by two very well known and talented chefs - Donato Loperfido, an Italian chef who has his own restaurant, "Donato's", in Manoa, and Philippe Padovani, executive chef of the famous French restaurant, La Mer, at the Halekulani hotel.
