Hawaii Stimulants on the Rise

Big Island officials are cracking down on users of the stimulant, metaphetamine. A total of $443,405 will be used to support the project which is said to lower the rate of metaphetamine users in Hawaii. Hawaii is said to be one of the highest states in the nation among metaphetamine abuse.
