This earthquake which happened in the fiscal year of 2006 was the most recent, most powerful earthquake recorded in the U.S. The earthquake destroyed many house on the Big Island of Hawaii. Even the damage to government buildings alone estimated over $1,000,000. Considering that the sightseeing heaven slept quietly until around 8:00pm when the power was brought back online, the amount of food and damage caused by the earthquake unexpected.
