  If you're a surfer, then when you hit the beach, you want to take on the best waves. The bigger they are, the more motivated are to conquer them. But surfing is a sport where nature is your best friend, so there will be times when the waves are ripping, and others when it's just flat. The seasons are basically summer for the south shore, and winter for the north shore, but out of season swells are known to happen occasionally.

  Bowes Surfing Points

  Bowes is a hot place to go surfing and is favored by locals. Located on the South Shore, their killer swells can range anywhere from 5-8ft and give that perfect ride that you will never forget.
