The fourth round of the ASP World Championship came to a close, 9 days after the tournament began amidst bad weather conditions. Last year, Hawaii's Andy Irons took the crown at this very event, but would he be able to do it again? The answer was a resounding yes, as Irons' monster 16.84 points absolutely crushed the 8.67 points posted by his opponent, American Damien Hobgood, in the finals. Irons received a trophy with globe on it for winning the tournament.
