Event: The Joy of Sake

This is your chance to taste some of the finest sake that the world has to offer! Try over 300 different kinds! Chef Seiya Masahara will be the featured guest chef. In addition, participating Honolulu restaurants include Chai's Island Bistro, Doraku, Gyotaku, Halekulani, Hanamaru, Hoku's, Kaiwa, Nobu Waikiki, Marians and Wasabi & Nadaman. Desserts this year are by confectioner Abi Langlas of Cakeworks
