These days the world has been swallowed up by natural phenomena such as El Nino. This phenomenon, which originates in South America’s seas, invites rising seawater temperatures. Particularly, it causes the Pacific region’s seawater, encompassing Japan and Asia, to also rise in temperature. This year also it is currently being reported that the El Nino phenomenon is occurring, and the regions concerned are pushing for countermeasures.
