The US and China signed an agreement yesterday easing visa restrictions on Chinese tourists coming to the US. The treaty, called the U.S.-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade, streamlines the process for getting visas. Prior to the treaty, visitors had to travel on either a business or an education visa. The process was difficult at best.
