The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA), the Hawaii state governmental group created for the native Hawaiian community, announced yesterday a plan to form a blueprint in order to create a government within the next two years. Over 80,000 people have signed up in the 'Kua Inoa' program. The OHA was created to give native Hawaiians a voice in the state government.
