For those of you who didn't quite make it to the city hall for permit, four displays are planned around the Island tonight to celebrate the New Year. The first will be starting at 9.15pm, fronting 4599 Kahala Ave.
Then, as 2007 comes to a close, there will be displays at the Halekulani Hotel, Aloha Tower Marketplace, and finally at the Ihilani Resort & Spa. All three will take place at midnight, so bring out the Champagne and Happy New Year!
