Representatives from the US, the European Union and 16 other countries will be on hand to discuss climate change in Hawaii this week. The conference, entitled, "Major Economies Meeting on Energy Security and Climate Change," will be held at the East-West center at the University of Hawaii campus. The conference is a follow-up to last month’s contentious climate meeting in Bali.
