Duane Chapman, better known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, will not face extradition charges, according to panel of judges. The case involved Chapman and his partners at Da Kine Bail Bonds apprehending a fugitive in Mexico in 2003. Chapman, his son Leland and his half-brother Tim were all arrested and faced prosecution from Mexican authorities. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico and considered a crime.
