Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has ended his presidential bid in a speech given in Washington earlier in the day. Speaking at the Conservative Action political Conference, Romney said that he would bow out of the race in order to boost Republican frontrunner John McCain’s chances for election against Democratic rivals.
