Charges were brought against Joe Daniels Jr., better known as J.D. of the music group B.E.T, for attempting to import crystal meth into Hawaii last month. Daniels is a founding member B.E.T., or Big Every Time, a popular reggae/funk band in the islands that has released five CDs in recent years.
