Travel groups and the American Automobile Association (AAA) report that average gasoline prices should hit an all-time high on Tuesday and may break $4 a gallon in some areas during the summer. The increase comes as the price for crude oil hit $108 yesterday. The national average for gas is around $3.22 a gallon and the new price for oil will push the average higher.
