Former Bishop Estate trustee Gerard Jarvis has arrested Friday after chasing an SUV full of kids who had just egged his home, causing the driver of the SUV to crash into a telephone pole. No one was hurt in the accident. Many in the Lanikai neighborhood said that they sympathize with his frustration.
