Homeowners in the Wilhelmina Rise community near Kokohead will be getting a new sewer system. The project will take roughly 30 months to complete at a cost of $17 million. Crews will have to disrupt over 400 homeowners by going into manholes and replacing old sewer lines. Traffic will be disrupted throughout the area for the duration of the construction.
