Judge Won't Stop Aloha Closure

Any last ditch effort to save Aloha Airlines faded yesterday as a Federal judge denied it was his responsibility to keep the airline running. Claiming that it was a business decision, US District Court Judge Lloyd King said that arguments brought by debtors seeking payment for services was not enough to keep the airline running. The decision effectively kills any governmental effort to save the airline.
