High Sulfur Dioxide On Big Island

The Hawaii State Department of Health is warning that high levels of sulfur dioxide are being reported in the area of the Kilauea volcano. The recent eruption at Halemaumau crater as released large amounts of gases in recent days and the Health Department has state that amount of sulfur dioxide in Pahala exceeded the federal standard on Sunday and Monday.
