The Hawaii Superferry will resume inter-island service, three weeks ahead of schedule. The Alakai has been in dry dock for the last six weeks, undergoing repairs to its rudder after it was damaged back in February. Over 300 employees with the company have been furloughed for the last few weeks as repairs were finished.
