Sewer work is starting in aging sewers in Kailua and Kona. Four sewer renovation projects have already begun in Kailua and Kane'ohe, and another four are scheduled to start this summer and fall, mostly in Kailua. The total cost of the repairs is estimated to be around $75 million.
