Facebook Agrees To Safeguards

Facebook, the second largest social networking site, has announced that it will implement more stringent safeguards to protect younger users. Attorneys generals from several states have been negotiating for months with Facebook and MySpace, for tighter privacy controls. All states, except for Texas which wants quicker age verification policies, are expected to sign the agreement.
