Residents in several Midwestern states are preparing for more torrential rains. After days of heavy rains and intense flooding, the National Weather Service forecast more of thunderstorms heading into the northern plains on Wednesday. Flood waters have inundated towns and cities across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
