Medical Helicopters Collide In Arizona

Two medical helicopters collided in Arizona on Sunday, prompting the National Transportation Safety Board to look into safety practices of medical airlift companies. The accident occurred when both of the helicopters were headed to the Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona at the time of the crash.
