Hawaii state governor Linda Lingle has approved $6 million in funding for community health centers around the state. The funds will go for much needed renovations and new construction at three locations. The three clinics include the Bay Clinic in Hilo, Community Clinic of Maui, and Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center.
