Bin Laden Driver Case To Be Delayed

A military judge in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba has threatened to delay the first war crimes trial against suspected a terrorist. The case centers around Salim Hamdan, Osama bin Landen's former driver, who is charged with conspiracy and providing material support to terrorists. Prosecutors in the case say he was part of the bin Laden's inner circle, while the defense team claims he was only a driver.
