Man Arrested In Hit And Run Case

A Waialua man was arrested in the hit and run death of 18 year-old David Wayne Aldridge. Arnel Ulep Abuluyan, 37, was arrested last night at his home by police and is currently being held on charges for negligent homicide and failure to render aid. Aldridge was killed late at on July 22nd near the Dole Plantation shortly after finishing work.
