Big Traffic Problems As School Starts

State officials are predicting big traffic delays as school starts for Island schools next week. During a press conference, city and state officials kicked off their "Beat the School Jam" campaign. Over 55,000 college and private school will be starting up next Monday and the Department of Transportation plans to suspend roadwork on Oahu to allow time for drivers to get used to the new commute times.
