East Oahu Gets Recycle Bins

The city is rolling out bins for recycling in East Oahu yesterday with the first of several deliveries to area neighborhoods. The delivery marked the start of a new phase for the city's curbside recycling program which will stretch from from Kuliouou to Manoa. The city is planning to provide 24,000 homes with bins, which cost about $90 per container.
