Fish At NY Restaurants Mislabeled

Two New York City teenagers uncovered irregularities in fish labeling at several stores and restaurants. Working on a class project, the boys tested and sent 60 fish samples to a Canadian genetics lab to determine the exact species in question. Out of the samples sent 14 fish, or up to a quarter, were mislabeled as a more expensive variety.
