Builders at the World Trade Center site say that the Freedom Tower will not be completed in 2009 as planned. The tower, which is meant to represent the city's revival after the attacks on September 11th 2001, will instead more likely be finished in 2013. When completed, the tower will will stand 1,776 feet tall and cost an estimated $3 billion.
