City Sells Public Housing

The city of Honolulu will place some of its affordable housing complexes up for sale next month. The controversial move is in response to the annual loss of more than $3.5 million due to maintenance costs. The 12 housing complexes house more than 1,000 families around Oahu and consist of 1,300 units.
