The price of homes on Oahu dipped to a new three-year low. A new report by Honolulu Board of Realtor shows that home prices on Oahu have fallen to a three year low. Sales of houses have also been down are at their lowest since 1999. The median price for a single family home is $599,000, down from $625,000 last year. Even with the nearly 40% drop in sales, realtors remain optimistic about the outlook for the coming year.
