UH Football TV Deal
May 21, 2008
The University of Hawaii athletic program will see a boost in revenue if a new TV deal with Oceanic Time Warner Cable goes through as expected. The new deal, coming on the heels of the successful 12-1 Warrior Football season, would see an increase of around 30 percent for the schools athletic department. In addition to the increase in fees UH said it will receive more than $350,000 annually in production and advertising time on KFVE, KHNL and Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
