In a report released on Tuesday, the US Army reported that the suicide rates of service men and women reached an all time high in 2007. The Pentagon believes that the figures are related to the stresses of serving in Afghanistan and Iraq over the last year. More than one quarter of those committing suicide were stationed in Iraq.
