Tropical Storm Fay Hits Florida, Again

Tropical storm Fay has made landfall in Florida for the third time in a week, bringing heavy rains and flooding. The storm had gained strength as it moved through the Caribbean and hit the southwest coast of the state on Tuesday. Today, the storm was moving along the northwest coast and heading toward Georgia and Alabama, inching along at only two miles per hour.
