Seven time winner of the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong, has announced that he will be coming our of retirement and returning to competitive cycling next year. Armstrong, who retired in 2005 following a win in the Tour de Frnace, said that he was looking to compete again in order to bring more international awareness to cancer.
