Train Driver Texting On Job

An investigation into the recent commuter train accident in Los Angeles has confirmed that the driver of the train was texting on his cell phone before the accident. Investigators, however, point out that they have yet to determine if he was sending messages at the time of the accident. The collision occurred on Friday when a Metrolink commuter train slammed into Union Pacific freight train in Chatsworth, killing over two dozen people. The driver of the Metrolink train, identified as 46-year-old Robert Sanchez, was also killed in the crash.
