Wildfires in California are raging once again, this time threatening homes in Santa Barbara. The blaze started Thursday night and has engulfed more than 100 homes, injured 13 people and burned 2,500 acres. The blaze was centered around Montecito, home to several multi-million dollar homes owned by celebrities.
