UH Warrior Football WAC Champions!
November 27, 2007
With the 39-27 victory over Boise state last Friday, the University of Hawaii Warrior football team clinched the Western Athletic Conference championship title and is the only team in the country with an undefeated record. The 11-0 Warriors moved up two spots to number 12 in the BCS rankings.
If Hawaii can defeat Washington State in its last regular season game, the Warriors will be eligible for a coveted BCS bowl game in January. Colt Brennen and the Warriors are team to be reckoned with and talk in the Islands is that this is a “season of destiny.” Can UH remain undefeated? Tune in at 6:30 to ESPN 2 on Saturday for all of the exciting action.
