Kailua Beach Park, often ranked as the “Best Beach in the World” is generally a wonderful place to enjoy swimming and both wind surfing and surf kayaking. Located on the East shore of Oahu, Kailua Beach Park is one of the most beautiful locations to relax and spend quality time with friends and families.

On September 20th, Japanese tourists were robbed by three delinquents from Kailua High School at Kailua Beach Park. Fortunate for the Japanese tourists, eyewitnesses were able to take the license plate number and reported to the cops. Most of the stolen items were confiscated, the juveniles were arrested and the unclaimed items were later sent to Japan.

Crimes are rare occurrence in Hawaii; however crimes that do occur are mostly taken place at the beaches or your cars. So when you travel keep your eyes peeled.
