The shooting location for Jurassic Park and Godzilla, Kualoa Ranch, has also been the host of meditation and yoga activities for groups of tourists, with over a dozen people participating each time, since July 2006.

The beautiful Kualoa Ranch surrounded by grandiose nature originally belonged to King Kamehameha and believed to be a highly spiritual site. It is said that the tribal chiefs of this land were the only ones allowed on site with their family. Upon their deaths, the tribal chiefs and their families’ ashes, imbued with a strong spiritual power (Mana) were then spread in the mountains of Kualoa Ranch.

It’s no wonder such a site famous for its various myths is a popular site among avid yoga enthusiasts and meditation groups. It kind of makes me want to try yoga too!
